The beginning of Shimmer by Syd
My story began on April 10, 2025, when I was watching a TikTok video. The video was about starting a lipgloss business and creating glosses, I then asked my mom if I could start one of my own, we bought the materials online, created glosses and started promoting, And just like that, my dream of Shimmer by Syd became a reality.

At Shimmer by Syd, we are customer-focused and always aim to produce a quality product. Each of our handmade lip glosses is crafted with love and kindness from my heart. I believe in creating a cosmetic that brings joy and excitement to those who wear it.
What our glosses are made of
At Shimmer by Syd, our glosses are made with the finest materials. We use versagel (lipgloss base), coconut oil, vitamin E oil, grape seed oil, jojoba oil depending on the gloss. We use liquid pigments and mica powder in each colored gloss.
